We are a start-up agricultural company, domiciled in the United States with operations in Liberia producing Premium cocoa for the international market.
We have planted cocoa trees on 250 acres (100 ha) of pristine farmland in rural Liberia of which little has been farmed locally and none has been farmed commercially using toxic chemicals. The land is perfect for growing cocoa following regenerative and organic agricultural practices we use.

100% commitment to organic farming with no toxic chemical inputs.
Fair Trade – ALWAYS
Farmers in our workforce receive above-average pay, have safe working conditions, and their families benefit from company support.
Child Labor - NEVER
No child sets foot on our farms. We also prohibit buying from local small businesses that use child labor.
Reforestation - ALWAYS
Planting cocoa trees in healthy wooded acreage helps prevent tree cutting and deforestation. Cocoa trees love being in the woods, away from harsh sunlight and damaging heavy rainfall. We do not own saws because we value the protection and nutrients existing trees bring.
Sustainable Farming - FOREVER
We practice sustainable farming and train our village-based workforce on new ways to enrich the agricultural environment all around them.

Liberia known globally as a first-class producer of high-quality organic certified cocoa beans supporting thousands of smallholder farmers respecting international norms.
Today Liberia’s cocoa bean production is on a small scale and does not feature organic or sustainable farming. In contrast, Sierra Leone next door has become one of the fastest growing certified organic cocoa exporters. Liberia’s agricultural blessing of fertile soil and plentiful rainfall ideally suit it to organic cocoa farming just like its brother next door.

To build a sustainable, eco-friendly, socially-responsible company that can train and employ local farmers, dramatically increase their livelihoods, contribute to Liberia’s development objectives by growing certified organic cocoa for export to Europe, North America and elsewhere. Along the way, we will return a profit to investors, participate in community development and scale up operations to meet the soaring demand for high-quality organic cocoa.
